We’ve talked from discord but let me write this for future reference in case if anyone needs pointers.
Any push to Hugging Face Hub requires tokens that validate you have access to the repository, either you can login (which is not the case here) or keep it in the environment. You need to add your token with write access in a Github Secret as described in docs, any password/token in GitHub should be kept in a GitHub secret. You can get more info about how secrets work here.
