How to configure datasets to a gs bucket to have the data downloaded

Hi there,

I am dealing with large-scale datasets from datasets repo, would it be possible for me to have them downloaded in a gs bucket and then have the library uses the downloaded datasets in my gs bucket?
could you assist providing the commands?
