New here and love the datasets, 1000 thanks…
My question is, I want to lookup external data, for example. creating a bot there takes orders from pizza shop.
I want to ask if it has any promotions, and then I want the bot make an intent that make an API call and read that?
I can also be that it asks for you phone number and looks up that and ask if you want to order that same as last time.
Don’t know if there is another word for it, but hope you can help here.
