If it is for research purposes, it seems that some companies will prepare it if you apply.
Other options include Google Colab, Kaggle, and Lightning.ai for GPUs, and Mistral and OpenRouter, etc. for inference which offer free tiers.
I’m not very knowledgeable about this, so it’s best to ask on a Discord channel such as Hugging Face Discord.
