Manual downloaded file size does not match what's listed on HF

I’m trying to manuall dowwnload this file:

HF says “Size of remote file: 4.94 GB”, however, the actual file on my PC is 4,827.329. How can I be sure this is the complete file?

Also, when I downlaod this file:

HF says “Size of remote file: 5 GB”, however, the actual filesize on my PC is 4,827,329

which is just a wee bit bigger than the first file. This does not seem right, however, I have downloaded these many times with no appearant errors and they are consistantly the same size.

How do I know I have the complete file with no corruption?
