Need help with you allowing access to my Artificial Intelligence class students

I had a great lesson planned for my artificial intelligence class today, but it was squashed because you only allowed about half of my students in. They all had HF accounts but it would only allow half of them to login. I assume this is because we use Port Address Translation (PAT) and it appears that you are getting too much traffic from one ip address so your firewall tries to avert a DDOS attack.

Is there any way our college could be given a little more leeway? Right now it’s impossible for students to have a hands-on lesson with your current network policy.

Huggingface is great, but there is no way for my students to get experience with it in your current configuration.

Let me know.
Thank you,
