I paid for Pro Access to get more GPU Quota. My Account Profile alleges that I have 25 minutes of ZeroGPU time that I have used none of. Every other part of this website tells me I have 16 seconds.
How do I get this fixed?

I think this is the error. If you have the knowledge, the quickest way to avoid it is to duplicate the space for yourself and modify it.
I duplicated the space. I edited it to change gradio to version 5.12.0. I edited the @spaces.GPU(duration=120) lines to be @spaces.GPU(). I logged out and signed back in. I’ve done all the silly cargo cult stuff that people on these forums claim will solve it. They have not solved it.
If that’s the case, there may be a network problem. For example, the cookie settings may be wrong, or the VPN may be blocking the information, so it’s not working properly.
It’s a web app.
Also, it bugs if the function is nested.
I had forgotten about the oldest, most reliable but clunky last resort.
If you set up OAuth, install the OAuth button, and use Spaces while signed in, you will be recognized as a user even if there are bugs.
This can also be used in Gradio 4.x series.
Going into my browser’s settings and deleting the cookies associated with huggingface seems to have done the job.
It is absolutely absurd that this organization expects their customers to debug their website in order to access the services they paid for.
