Hi team hope you’re doing well; The payment was done in my account for the pro version and i have the screenshot of my bank but due to an error in the payment page it seems like i didn’t pay ! can anyone help ?
Is it a debit card?
If it’s not a credit card, it will probably result in an error, and Pro will not be activated. In that case, you will automatically receive a refund.
(Due to the lengthy processing time required by card companies, etc.) The refund process usually takes about two weeks.
In special cases, it may take longer, but this is generally the case. @meganariley

Hi John thanks for you’re kind response; It’s a visa card that i use in Morocco and i use also with PayPal without any issue, Since the amount is retrived from my account instead of doing a refund i suggest you unlock one month of pro the equivalent of my payment and stop it after the one month ? because imagine my situation i didn’t have any idea and you’re system didn’t block me or denied the payment; Thanks again
