My debit card was successfully charged but my pro subscription was not awarded

Hello there I am currently in El Salvador and have found this amazing service/place well wonder of wonders I may say

the only small thing is that I was charged for the pro version but there was an error

I sent a copy of this screenshot as well to billing@huggingface.co

is there anything else I can do

There were 2 holding charges on my card but I do not know what happened after that ?

Did you manage to get a reply or someone who responded to your questions ? Or any email address that you sent your questions to ?

Hello. If you use anything other than a credit card, you will get an error, and even if the payment has gone through once, I think you will get a refund. However, it seems that it depends on the debit card company, but it takes about two weeks for the actual refund process to be completed.

The place you sent the email to is probably correct, so it is more reliable.
