Payment Processed but PRO Subscription Not Activated

Hi everyone,

I recently subscribed to the Hugging Face PRO plan, and the payment has been successfully deducted from my card. However, my account is still not showing as PRO, and the transaction is not visible in my Billing Dashboard.

Here are the details:

  • Account username: [Attilio90]
  • Payment date: [09/03/2025]
  • Amount charged: $9
  • Billing dashboard shows no active PRO subscription

I have already contacted billing@huggingface.co, but I haven’t received a resolution yet. Has anyone else experienced this issue? How long does it usually take to update the account?

Hi, I still haven’t received a response from the Hugging Face support team.

It has now been over 24 hours, and my PRO subscription is still not activated even though the payment was successfully processed (€9.39 on March 9, 2025).

I already emailed billing@huggingface.co with proof of payment but received no response so far.

Could someone from the Hugging Face team please look into this issue? I need this resolved ASAP.
@meganariley or any other support staff, could you please check my case?

I have the same problem, it’s been more than 72 hours and my subscription has not been activated.

From what other users have said, it seems to take around two weeks for the refund to be completed, depending on the credit card company. It seems that in some cases it can be quicker.

More than the refund, I just want my PRO plan to be activated. This is not just about the money; it’s about the fact that they haven’t even activated the service I paid for. If they keep ignoring me, I will make sure to spread a lot of negative publicity about this situation.
