Double charge for Pro plan without activation – need support

Hello Hugging Face team,

I subscribed to the Pro plan twice on June 9, 2025, using a Visa card ending in 0317. Both transactions of 7.386 JOD each were successfully processed, but I did not receive any Pro features, confirmation emails, or invoices.

Here are my details:

I have attached a PDF file with two Orange Money payment confirmations.

Please assist by activating my subscription, or issuing a refund if activation is not possible.

If you are unable to subscribe successfully, a refund will be automatically initiated, and the final refund will be completed within approximately two weeks. However, there is a possibility of issues arising, so if you have any concerns, please contact Hugging Face by email. billing@huggingface.co @meganariley
