Payment Issue Upgrading to Pro

Hello,

Last night I subscribed to your Pro account and HugginFace deducted 9 USD from my debit card account via stripe with verified SMS and the platform somehow said card declined and it hasn’t upgraded my account to Pro. The money has been deducted back and still no refunds or upgrade. Please help.
