I have already paid and the system has deducted my money but I have not received the Transition payment and Badge Pro.

In the case of prepaid cards and debit cards, the fee may be deducted first. If you are ultimately unable to receive the service, the refund will usually be completed within two weeks. billing@huggingface.co
Yes I have the same Issue. When I go to the billing section it shows this Current period usage
$0.00
Billing threshold
$100.00
Ends on
May 31
and when I visit the [PRO Subscription] Tab It says subscribe now. please help us resolve this issue and be able to access flux models.

I think it would be quicker to contact HF by email (billing@huggingface.co) for individual support. Unless the cause is a temporary problem or something like that…
