Clicking the Discord link opens an invite page, which when accepted brings you to a server you cannot interact with until you verify. The verification process asks you to login, says you’re already verified, then does nothing.
At present, there are reports of the Discord verification process not working properly in some browsers. It seems that changing browsers or devices may fix the problem, but in some cases it still doesn’t work.
