Training feasibility to fine-tune SVD XT on T4 LoRA

Would it be possible to fine-tune Stable Video Diffusion with LoRA on a T4 GPU(via Google Colab)? I was thinking about fine-tuning it on Steamboat Willey, as it is public domain.
