Transformers for translating two time series instead of languages?

Hi,

I’m a neuroscientist, and very new to LLM.

I’m wondering if there is a simple way to train a transformer model to “translate” one time series to another time series (and for example, 1000 data points can be considered as 1 “word”). I have some relatively large data sets of both time series.
