Hello. I was wondering if all images used in a dataset had to be owned by the user creating the dataset, public domain, or have Express written consent from the owner or artist.
I assume this is the case based on the content section of the TOS, but having confirmation that I can link back to would be helpful in soothing fears that others have about AI.
