Can't log into HF accounts and all Spaces are showing "Preparing Space" forever

Dear HF Support Team,

I can’t log into my HF account and all my Spaces are showing “Preparing Space” forever. Could you please look into it?

A similar issue happened in July 2024 and I was able to get my account back after previous HF employee Omar Sanseviero looked into the issue.

The account I am having issue is: giswqs (Qiusheng Wu).

I had to create a new account (opengeos) just to make this post because I could not log into my giswqs account.

It is even more reliable if you send an email with the same content to website@huggingface.co too
@lunarflu @meganariley @not-lain Someone probably stepped on the landmine that I and Adam stepped on the other day.:innocent:
