Hello Hugging Face Team,
I’ve been stuck for two days trying to connect my custom domain.
Here are all the details:

Account: Pro plan (dragon icon) – email: slybe@hotmail.fr

Space:
Slybe1/casachill-conciergerie-zen– running perfectly onhf.space -
Custom domain:
www.casachill.co -
Status: Still pending → “CNAME record not found or incorrectly configured”
DNS Configuration (on Namecheap)
I have correctly set up the following records:

Namecheap support confirmed everything is configured correctly and shows the proper values (see attached screenshots).
DNSChecker and Google Toolbox both confirm full propagation (100% worldwide).
Yet, Hugging Face still shows “pending – CNAME record not found or incorrectly configured.”
What I’ve Tried

Removed and re-added the custom domain several times

Waited over 24h (DNS fully propagated)

Checked via multiple DNS tools – all return
www.casachill.co → hf.space.correctly
Could you please manually verify or force validation on your side?
Everything looks fine externally, so the issue seems to be on Hugging Face’s SSL or verification service.
