Hello everyone, I have the following problem, I linked my domain name to my hugging space, but it seems that it is not working, have you encountered this problem?

The custom domain feature is new, so it’s prone to errors. If it should be working but isn’t, I think emailing Hugging Face is the most reliable way to get it fixed…
Is there a link where we can create a support ticket, or a direct email?

Yeah. Basically via email: website@huggingface.co
There are several other support addresses for specific purposes, but for ordinary cases like something not working on the Hub, this address should be fine…
If documentation for a specific feature explicitly mentions another address, we should probably use that one instead.

Hi @depan724 Thanks for your support email! I’ll respond here in case others run into the same issue.
We have more info on custom domains for Spaces here: Spaces Custom Domain. Please point your custom domain to Hugging Face Spaces by configuring the following CNAME or ALIAS record. You’ll want to make sure to point the domain to hf.space.
Once this is set up, you’ll see a ‘ready’ status and the custom domain will be active for your Space
