Most (or all?) programming languages were written to make it easier for humans to write code that can be compiled or interpreted. Would it be beneficial to have a new language that’s designed for genAI as the end user? If so, what features would it have?

A good question. But before this question, one must be aware of something. The existing AI structures have been developed to write one page of code. They are insufficient in defining the code relationships between pages. What matters is not writing one page of code, but establishing that relationship correctly. In this context, rather than using an AI as a compiler in an IDE, having an intelligence that can use IDEs is a superior virtue.
