Finding the lora weight URL

Hi - I’m an absolute newb. Sorry in advance. I need to find the URL with my username>model>lora-weights-file-safetysensors format. I cannot find it anywhere - I’ve searched for it, reviewed the model card etc. Watched a redit video and still cannot find it. Could anyone assist? thank you
