What does it mean if a hardware option I need is greyed out in Spaces

I’m trying to duplicate a space and use the same hardware as the space I’m duplicating, but the option for the suggested hardware (Nvidia 2xA10G large · 24 vCPU · 92 GB · $3.00 per hour) is not available to me, as it is greyed out. Trying to run it on different hardware results in errors. What do I need to do to make this available to me?
