How long is my "new account" blocked from Spaces?

I finally created an account three days ago, after lurking around for a long while. I posted in a Space, and now I have more information, but I’m not allowed to update the request to add more information.

It says “today” but it’s been several days. How long is the lock-out? Is there some way to manually verify that I’m neither a robot nor a spammer?

I have the same issue, according to this note you should read some topics before your reputation is increased:

however, the issue persist after my reputation has been increased (I cannot reply to a question I asked several days ago…).
