How openai gpt-3 does the "write me" capability

Hello friends. I’m new to AI and I apologize if I asked a silly question. I have examined many models here and I did not have much information about how openai gpt-3 does the “write me” capability.

For example, when I enter Davinci’s playground and write “write me 5 questions about festivals”, the result is as follows;

  1. What is a festival?
  2. What are some common festivals around the world?
  3. What is the history of festivals?
  4. How do festivals contribute to cultural and social life?
  5. What are some ways to get involved in festivals?

What does this tremendous capability of gpt-3 depend on? Many models in Huggingface can’t do this right? A few models in Huggingface can generate questions when raw text is entered, but not this one.
