My simple thoughts suggest that we must rely on ourselves until others depend on our financial support.

Usually if I need help I post here asking if someone is free for a project or I post on discord server asking them if they are interested. A huge chunk is up for it, at no cost.
Use Freelance sites. Also post a hiring ad in several places and mention range what you are ready for based on experience and quality.
