Huggingface Pro Payment Issue and not activated

Hi,

I purchased the Hugging Face Pro subscription via Google Pay today.
Google Pay charged me twice, but:

  1. My account did not receive any active Pro subscription.
  2. I did not receive any refund for the duplicate charge.
  3. I kindly request activation of the subscription, or refund of the duplicate charge.

I can provide screenshots of the Google Pay transactions if needed.
