I can't use my enterprise hub membership

I purchased the Enterprise Hub membership through the organization I created within my personal account. However, I am unable to access and use it when logged into the organization account. I am sure I am logged in with the correct email address. While 2FA protection is enabled, the issue might be that my email is not verified. I cannot find any section where I can verify my email. Could you please assist me? What steps do I need to take to link my accounts?

Yes, the issue persists. I am unable to switch to my organization account, and I cannot use the plan I purchased. If linking my accounts is required, I am also unable to verify my personal account email. I have also sent the details of the situation via email. @meganariley
