I’ve just been locked out of my account (paid subscription) for seemingly no reason.
After searching these forums for a bit I’ve noticed that this has occurred to quite a lot of people lately.
I’ve sent the email but I can’t mail from the address linked to the account (its receive only). I could therefore verify that it is mine if needed.
Please I would really like to get my beloved account back, and also im currently paying for a service I’m not actually getting to enjoy…

I had already sent an email regarding my main account to the address you mentioned yesterday before making this post.
Note that it originates from the email associated with this account and not the email associated with the CultriX account as it is receive-only (it seemed smart at the time, don’t ask haha…)!
If required for verification I would obviously be more than happy to verify that the address is indeed mine, for example by providing you with an authentication string or something similar that is sent to the email address associated with the main account or by resetting it’s password (I was able to do that for some reason, but I still can’t login with the new password…)
