I’m going to send this post here just in case the email from website@huggingface.co doesn’t respond.
Apparently I was hit with an 403 login error/security issue for my account “Staticaliza”, which probably means my account was blocked. Although there is no way to explain the cause, or if I did anything wrong, I’ve seen other people get this similar issue today so I’d assume they did something like an account cleansing. I am posting this to let everybody know.
When I first emailed their support, I instantly got a reply, although not helpful and did not read my message correctly, so I assume it was automated. I also tried the methods as said by the response including resetting and changing my password, using a different browser, using a different IP address (cellular data), using a VPN and without using a VPN.
They also said to use a different email address, which puzzled me because my account is only attributed to one email and I cannot change it since I’m blocked from their service, otherwise using a different email would mean I have to remake everything up to my account’s progress (and other beta testing features I cannot get anymore).
I sent a reply to the support. I’m not sure how long they will respond or if I will get another automated/scripted response. Hopefully, I get my account restored.
