Cannot Log In – 403 Error and Account Possibly Blocked Without Cause

Hi Hugging Face team,

I’m reaching out here because my primary account (hadadrjt (Hadad Darajat)) suddenly stopped working. I’ve been getting a 403 error every time I try to log in via the website, and I’m also unable to log in via the CLI using my token. In addition, all of my public Spaces are inaccessible.

I have already sent an email to your support team but haven’t heard back yet, so I wanted to post here in case someone from the team can help.

I was able to log in without any problems just the night before. I have not made any changes to my device, network, or account settings, and I am not using any VPN or proxy. This issue appeared suddenly and I suspect that my account may have been blocked or flagged, possibly by mistake.

Could someone from the admin or support team please take a look and help restore access to my account? I rely on Hugging Face for my work and would greatly appreciate any assistance.

Btw, I have seen several similar cases in the forum. Some users managed to recover their accounts while others did not, or perhaps their cases were never publicly updated. It is quite distressing, especially since I have some work stored in private repositories.

Yeah. I had my account frozen before, too, but I was able to get it back.
Basically, we need to contact HF by email first. website@huggingface.co
