Hey guys, one of my friends found that he account is not able to login huggingface.
I want to help him to unlock the account, can anyone give some suggestions?
@foxmail It’s possible your friend was temporarily locked out of their account - can you please have them try logging in once more if they haven’t done so already? If needed, they can reset their password here: https://huggingface.co/password_reset.
He tried to reset the password as soon as you gave suggestions. But the account is still locked now.
Perhaps his account is locked permanently, for the reason that he wrote a script to occupy the HF Space for several weeks…
Besides that, he doesn’t have any other high-risk behaviors
