I can access the ChatGPT LLM instance either on the OpenAPI side or on Azure.
If I proceed with fine-tuning the OpenAI instance, is there a way to transfer the model’s “knowledge” to the instance on Azure?
And second question: are there methods to let the fine-tuned LLM model “train” (generate training data?) another, different model? E.g. use one of ChatGPT’s family fine-tuned models to fine-tune LLama.
