We have purchased enterprise subscription which is supposed to come with “priority support.” What is the channel where this support is provided? Is there an email we can reach etc?

Good morning.
My company also moved to the paid enterprise modality. I have an authorization issue with our space and wrote to that email address for support but so far no answer. How long do they usually take to answer? This issue I have is of high priority.
