Hello. I requested a refund because your website use quotas and I thought pro is unlimited. One of your people Megan was of no help to me. She replied once and never again. I want a refund because your quota goes really fast even for pro. I thought it’s unlimited. Refund me my money back.

Thanks for contacting us. The PRO subscription is a one-time fee per month. If you’d like to stop the subscription, you can cancel in your billing settings, and we’ll be sad to see you go.
Could you share with us the reason why you’re stopping the subscription? PRO perks include features like: 20x more inference usage, 8x ZeroGPU quota, 10x private storage capacity and more

Hey @Grantvick56 thanks for reaching out! Closing this thread as I responded on discord but TLDR Megan’s message seems to address your question, because ZeroGPU quota is higher, but not unlimited on PRO, as outlined in our Hugging Face – Pricing page.
