How to Refund, I feel that I have been misled into paying for something...

I initially tried out a program on Hugging Face, and after using it twice, I received a warning that I had insufficient GPU quota. Believing this could be resolved by upgrading, I paid for a Pro account, expecting access to more GPU time as advertised.

However, upon attempting to use the program again as a Pro user, I was met with the following message:

“You have exceeded your GPU quota (60s requested vs. 51s left). Create a free account to get more daily usage quota.”

This situation makes no sense to me. Despite upgrading to Pro and paying for additional GPU resources, I am still unable to use the service as intended. I feel that I have been misled into paying for something that offers no tangible benefit in this context.

I am now requesting a refund for my Pro account subscription.

There are two major bugs in the current Pro Quota for Zero GPU Spaces: one is that login status is not recognized properly when Spaces uses the GPU in an inner function, and the other is that login status is not recognized via the API.
