Howdy,
I am looking for a tutor who can help me to learn and implement a Graph Neural Network (GNN) from scratch. In particular I want to understand how to build a Relational Graph Convolution Network (RGCN) using DGL for a NMT task.
I am a proficient software engineer but new in the deep learning domain.
Would appreciate help from anyone who can help me to understand and implement such a GNN model.
How much would you expect to tutor and build models as such?
