Usage stuck in time

Good day,

I’ve had a Pro subscription for several months now, and until the last 24 hours all has been well. Yesterday I ran up 11.4 minutes of Zero GPU time against the daily allocation of 25 minutes. And it has remained stuck there, despite about 15 hours or more from when I last created anything that would impact the usage. Normally as time progresses, the number drops back to being closer to zero. Any ideas as to what is “stuck,” and how do I get the clock working again?

I’ve tried closing all instances, signing out, then signing back in, still stuck. This under Google Chrome on a Linux Mint system.

To summarize, the quota stopped regenerating and instead recovered all at once at some point during the day. The total quota amount itself increased. The timing of the recovery is unknown.
