Why don’t we have a pinned message somewhere over here or on discord mentioning people to contact that mail, so people are diverted over there directly in case of these problems and you get rid of commenting/looking into every problem:)

It’s written somewhere on the site… Also, strictly speaking, there are different email addresses for each purpose.
Yeah. It would be handy if that list were gathered and organized in one place…
