About temporary hold of adding pament method

Hi,

After I added my payment method to my account, I was charged $10 for a temporary hold. However, it has been about 2 days since I was charged, but the $10 is not returned back. How long will it take to ensure validity and cancel the charge?

I’ve sent an email to billing@huggingface.co yesterday but there is no response.
