I just signed up, and in the sign up process, I got the error page “400 Daily message quota exceeded”. I was still able to sign in, though.
Now, however, I haven’t gotten a confirmation email, and every time I click the link to send a new one, I get “400 Daily message quota exceeded”.

Is this still an issue? I haven’t gotten a confirmation email, and I’ve tried resending it a couple of times now. Nothing in my spam folder.
