Where and how do I contact customer service about a billing issue?
Even I’m facing such an issue. I’ve tried contacting website@huggingface.co and waiting for their response. Could you resolve your issue? If so, please share what worked.
No response. The people on discord are just rude developers who can’t help anyone. No one official is accessible.

I messaged them at that address a few times. This issue will be the death of open source. The issue that I have changes the entire Landscape and they won’t respond.
If I may ask, what kind of impact the changes would have?
