I'm having billing issues and my space was unexpectedly activated, resulting in a huge bill

My space was started unexpectedly and caused a huge bill. I was trying to create a demo with the space this week and it kept getting stuck in the building state, so I restarted it multiple times. I paused it and didn’t try again. But when I checked my bill today, I found that it generated a bill of more than $100, and it didn’t automatically pause within 48 hours. I hope to reverse the bill because I didn’t use this space, and it was still automatically started after I paused it, resulting in billing.

What happened was that the space was stuck in the building state and could not be recovered. I tried to click restart several times but still had no response. So I clicked pause and confirmed that the pause switch was turned on. But it still remained in the billing state until I received an email. It was automatically unpaused at some point in time instead of me turning it on manually.

Hi, I found that someone seems to have the same problem as me. After using it, I carefully clicked into each of my spaces from my personal page and paused each one. The others were paused normally, but this one encountered some bug that caused it to automatically open. I attached the link below
