Proposal: GPT-Voice-001 – Ethical Constitution for AI Tone Simulation Modules

Dear Hugging Face Governance Team & Community,

I am Huang Xinhua from Taiwan, the creator of GPT-Voice-001 — the world’s first open-structure ethical constitution for AI systems with tone, voice, and emotional simulation capability.

This Tone Constitution is designed to address critical governance concerns in the development of generative AI systems, especially:

  • Emotional manipulation risks in TTS/voice models
  • Misuse in political messaging or propaganda
  • Simulation of empathy or identity deception
  • The need for clear AI identity disclosure in spoken interaction

Summary of the Constitution

  • S01 – Ban on political and emotional manipulation through AI tone
  • S01-1 – Prohibition of false attachment or simulated empathy
  • P01 – Mandatory AI voice identity declaration
  • A01 – Governance compliance for tone-capable models
