$10 charged but prepaid card rejected — need help

Hi team,

I tried to subscribe to an inference endpoint (specifically CodeQwen1.5-7B-chat). During the process, I used a UBA Haj prepaid dollar card as my payment method.

Unfortunately, the payment page reported that prepaid cards are not accepted, BUT my card was still charged $10.

Could you please advise on:

Whether this charge is temporary and will auto-reverse
Or if I need to open a support ticket to get it refunded

For context, I’m based in Nigeria

Any guidance on how best to proceed would be appreciated!

Hi @ Eddy Indyman What you’re seeing is probably the $10 authorization hold. When a payment method is added to an account, we’ll validate the card with a $10 hold, but don’t worry - this is not charged. The hold should clear within a few business days, though this timeline can depend on your bank. Rest assured you have not yet been charged for the PRO subscription.

You can add a different card to your account in your billing settings. We accept cards that supports3D-secure authentication, are properly configured for recurring online payments, and not prepaid.
