$10 charged but prepaid card rejected — need help

Hi @ Eddy Indyman What you’re seeing is probably the $10 authorization hold. When a payment method is added to an account, we’ll validate the card with a $10 hold, but don’t worry - this is not charged. The hold should clear within a few business days, though this timeline can depend on your bank. Rest assured you have not yet been charged for the PRO subscription.

You can add a different card to your account in your billing settings. We accept cards that supports3D-secure authentication, are properly configured for recurring online payments, and not prepaid.
