Hello Hugging Face Community,
I’m Nicolas, CTO of Innovatiana, a startup specialized in building datasets for AI. We’ve been using a persistent Label Studio space on Hugging Face (a paid space) to qualify our internal Data Labelers for a project we are planning to launch with a French corporate client in a few weeks.
We followed the tutorial (Label Studio / HF) to create a persistent space and used the environment without any issues for about a month. However, all our data was suddenly erased without any warning. This is particularly concerning because the space was supposed to be persistent, and we need to guarantee that our data will be retained for our ongoing projects.
Our client has expressed a preference for us to label data within Label Studio on Hugging Face, especially since the plan is to eventually release the dataset to the community. But this data persistence issue is a significant roadblock.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Could someone from Hugging Face assist in ensuring that we can truly have persistent data storage for our spaces?
Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated.
