I can’t get Email confirmation link

Can someone please follow up in this issue?

Running into a similar issue as well

I had the similar issue when I was trying to sign up through Safari, but it worked when I tried with Chrome.

Is this still an issue? because I can’t get one either :frowning:

your email was indeed blocked by our email service provider, probably because of some bouncing - I removed it, you can ask again for a confirmation email by clicking on the top banner when connected to your account

Having the same problem with ikramulhaq - can’t get the password reset email through to this username’s inbox.

@pierric @meganariley password reset issue.

@parachas your email doesn’t seem to be in our suppression list, meaning the password reset email sends successfully on our end.

There may be a problem on your email provider’s end though. Can you retry, in case it was a transient problem? If the problem persists, feel free to DM me with a different email so I can update your account information with it.

We have an ex-employee that created our organization under the “ikramulhaq” username. We can access his inbox on gmail, but the password reset emails aren’t coming through to it for some reason.

gmail often classifies necessary emails into the SPAM folder on its own, but well, that’s not the punchline…

the email for this user was in our suppression list (it seems some email sent previously to it bounced back) - I removed it from the list, if you try again asking for a password reset this time it should work.

Hi. I also have a similiar problem with confirmation email.
my second added email didn’t get confirmation email.
I guessed that maybe that first sent confimation mail was bounced back because email was initially inactivity state at that time due to unused long period. I turned my second email into activity state but couldn’t get confirmation until now.
Could you check whether my second email is in the suppresion list and delete it from list?? Thanks for your reading.

Hi @pierric , could you please unblock my another account: @max-yemelyanenko? I observe the same issue there: not able to receive a confirmation Email. Maybe its domain is in suppression list.
