That’s strange. You should send an email with your HF ID attached to ask about it.

Hi @gionarchitect Can you clarify the issue you’re seeing? It looks like you’ve successfully subscribed to PRO. Please note that when a payment method is added to an account, we’ll validate the card with a $10 hold, but don’t worry - this is not charged and the hold should clear within a few business days.
